3. Counter Resistance: After your each possible effort there is going to be a certain resistance. Management should have their counter resistance ready to pull this resistance reverse.

4. Counseling: In some circumstances a specific change is unwanted to some of the staff and they might show a strong resistance. There should be a counseling group in such circumstances so that such concerns can be resolved without complexity.
